and his wife, Ruth.
The sign in front states; Welcome! 100 year celebration! October 4.
Deb Green did a fantastic job decorating the exterior of the Church.
She did one up by the handicap ramp and one down by the Fellowship Hall.
Josh said the center piece was one that has been around for a while they just put some tassels from Donnie's ornamental grass.
The center pieces were very pretty. There was a lot of work that went into decopaging the boxes.
Each side of the center piece boxes were decopaged with pictures from the past.
The Fellowship Hall was spotless and beautiful.
The kitchen was piled high with GOOD food.
The Fellowship Hall was very nicely decorated,
BEAUTIFUL!
The center pieces for the tables were truly a work of art.
Beautifully done!
I for one thought the decorating of the Church grounds was really nice!
GREAT JOB!
Pastor and John Roper are burning the mortgage for the Front Porch. It's Paid In FULL! PRAISE THE LORD!
A momentous moment, the burning of the mortgage on the Front Porch!
Praise The Lord, it's kinda like our sins, PAID IN FULL!
These three pictures show Pastor and Nannie placing the wreath at the gravesite.
Here is the whole group gathered in the cemetery while Pastor conducts the service.
This photo shows the descendants of Thaddeus and Louisa. The Green's and the Wallace's.

graveside for placing of the wreath.
Nannie is the oldest living
descendant of Thaddeus
and Louisa. Isn't she pretty?
Many items were placed in the time capsule. Most everyone's name tag was placed inside.
Pastor sealing the time capsule. Look out Pastor! Don't get your sash caught in the seal.
These three girls will be around to open it up in 2059! Course now, Chuck Hill said he'd be around to help open it also.
Pastor and Josh dropping it into the hole, I think it's going in a bit crocked. Josh ended up having to jump up and down to get it in. Well they needed more weight so I ended up stomping it in. Weight sometimes is a benefit.
Here's the marker for the time capsule. It states, Louisa Chapel Time Capsule, Planted October 4, 2009, To be opened in 2059. It's a beautiful granite marker.

The infamous Time Capsule.
Here is a picture of former Pastor Ron Van Lente, Mike Bias, and Pastor David.
Here are the people who made it all come about. Left to right, Suzanne Holland, Nelle Green, Joyce Setser, Alex Crunkleton, Nannie Green, and Virginia Casada.

Thanks to EVERYONE for all their hard work!
